Terms and Conditions

HField provides tools for freight and recovery logistics, including truck and load information, operational reporting, communication, and AI-assisted workflows. Available features depend on your role, permissions, connected accounts, and any agreement with HField.

These terms cover use of our digital services. A separate signed agreement, accepted order, or service-specific agreement governs the commercial or transportation obligations it addresses and takes priority if it conflicts with these terms. A search result, recommendation, or AI response does not by itself establish a booking, transportation contract, or payment obligation.

Provide accurate account and business information and keep it current. Use only accounts, records, and integrations you are authorized to access. If you act for a company or another person, you must have authority to do so.

Protect your login details, access tokens, and connected accounts. You are responsible for the instructions and actions you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have the legal capacity required to enter into these terms.

Use HField lawfully and respect other users' rights. Do not submit false or misleading information, impersonate others, send spam, upload malicious content, interfere with service operation, or access another user's data without permission.

Do not bypass authentication, permissions, or usage limits. Automated access must use interfaces made available or authorized by HField and comply with their published limits.

You retain your rights to the content you provide. You give HField permission to process, store, and transmit that content as needed to deliver the features you use, subject to our Privacy Policy and any separate agreement.

You must have the right to provide information about your company, drivers, customers, shipments, and other people. Keep operational details accurate and avoid submitting information unrelated to the task.

AI-generated responses, summaries, and recommendations can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important details before acting, including locations, dates, availability, rates, and messages. These features do not replace your operational judgment or professional advice.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize access within the permissions you grant. A supported action you request may update records, create an order, or send a message. Review the intended action and its result; do not assume an action succeeded merely because it was requested.

Third-party services, including Google and connected AI platforms, have their own terms and privacy practices. Disconnecting an integration stops future authorized access but does not undo completed actions or remove copies already held by the third party.

HField and its licensors retain their rights to the service software, design, branding, and content they provide. You may use these materials as part of your authorized use of HField. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit resale, unauthorized redistribution, or use of HField branding to imply endorsement.

We may maintain, change, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party information will always be accurate, current, or complete. Except as agreed separately or required by law, the digital services are provided as available without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HField is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the digital services, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the services and contact us to request account closure. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

Ending access does not cancel obligations under a separate agreement or an already accepted order. Requests about retained information are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may update these terms and will identify the updated version by its date. We will communicate material changes through the service or account contact details as appropriate and obtain further agreement where required. Changes do not retrospectively alter separately agreed orders or contracts.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
