What you can do

• View trucks, assigned drivers, locations and state restrictions.
• View load, revenue and payment reports, and request suggestions on where to move for more loads.
• Update truck status, location, availability, pickup radius, distance limits and state restrictions.

Connect to Claude

1. Open Connectors in Claude and choose Add custom connector.
2. Enter HField as the name and `https://ai.hfield.net/mcp` as the server URL.
3. Choose Sign in now and Use Claude's published identity. Leave request headers empty.
4. Add the connector, sign in to HField with your email and verification code, then select Allow connection.
5. Enable HField from the Connectors menu in your conversation.

For team accounts, an organization owner may need to add the connector first.

Connect to ChatGPT

1. Open Plugins in ChatGPT, select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.
2. Enter HField as the name, add a short description, and use `https://ai.hfield.net/mcp` as the server URL.
3. Choose OAuth authentication, review the connection notice, and select Create as a plugin.
4. When prompted, sign in to HField with your email and verification code, then select Allow connection.
5. Install the plugin, start a new conversation, and type @ to select HField.

Custom MCP connections depend on your ChatGPT account and workspace permissions.

Try a request

• “List my trucks and tell me which are active.”
• “For a semi truck currently in ZIP 10001, where should I move for more loads?”
• “Set the pickup radius for my truck to 120 miles. If I have more than one truck, ask me which one.”

Changes affect your HField account. Review the selected truck and requested changes before approving a tool action.

Disconnect or get help

Disconnect HField from your AI platform's app or connector settings. If you cannot connect or access your carrier information, contact HField support. See our Privacy Policy for information about data use.
